Will my build overclock well?

hello I was just wondering if my build overclock well?

My build is in my sig and its getting shipped here.

It will OC pretty well but you should get an after market cooler.

well whats the best after market cooler for a E6600?

Tuniq Tower-120, Big Typhoon, CNPS 9700, Scythe Ninja.

Any one of those should get it to around 3.4ghz.

Overclocking Stability depends greatly on the power supply you use (And cooling setup.).
That being said what was your final choice?
Im guessing it MAy be Antec as you bought an Antec Case.

Any C2D is going to OC well with the right mobo/heatsink/mem/PSU.

But, I Guess the Zalman would be easier to install.
