New computer, please help.

We're looking for a new computer in the $700 range. It has to have a mouse and keyboard, and it would be nice if they were wireless. Im looking for a dual core processor, doesnt matter whether its AMD or Intel, atleast around 2.0GHz. if possible. Also it must have a minimum of 1Gig ram. thats pretty much it. we dont need it to come with speakers, a monitor, or a printer. but speakers would be nice if it fits the budget.

EDIT: oh yeah... we will only be using it as a home computer. So it doesnt have to be gaming or media centered... Mostly just be listening to music and doing music, some movie editing. but mostly just for the use of the internet.

You could take off stuff to make room for a wireless keyboard/mouse.
However, a wireless keyboard isn't really necessary. I have one, it's not really as cool as you'd think.

How bout this. Its not me buying. its my dad. i have my computer. and i cant build computers. he just wants a simple home computer that doesnt need to be built. lol im not a guru like the rest of you guys. i can actually go over $700, like the one hes aiming for is a gateway fx530s right now, but hes just trying to find one thats comparable to that for a bit cheaper. were gunna rip the dvd/cd burner out of my computer so i guess thats not really necissary. Oh and i would like something with over 5 USB ports. sorry if im sounding too picky...

This is the same computer that I have, I just upgraded the memory, 1GB really makes the difference. It performs pretty well on games for onboard video, however the onboard video zaps 64MB of the memory; which is why it's good to upgrade, at least in the future.
