Difference between these two Ram...G.Skill

Ok, I had this on order

But my whole order was stopped because this Ram is out of stock! (It wasn't when I ordered it!)

Anyways, so I started looking at this, and went ahead and ordered it...

What I would like to know is, will I notice a difference between the two when they are in my PC....

The second one is a great deal for cas 4 DDR2-800 ram. You won't really notice the difference between the two. I would definitely get the second one, especially for that price.

Geez I remember before C2D 2 gigs was like $150. Prices have gone up and stayed about a $100 more.
