Okay in your 3rd picture. You will notice that in the are right below the drop down menu there is a couple of check boxes.
The first one says use this device as my primary monitor.
The 2nd one says extend to this monitor.
So basically get the monitors set up the way you want. With whichever one being the primary.
Then select the secondary monitor and Uncheck the extend my to this monitor. It should go black and the primary monitor should hold all info.
At this point you have your primary monitor setup. Now go back and check the box again. So that your desktop will extend to your secondary monitor. It should now be setup the way you want it.
