upgrading my PC

hey

my PC at the moment is quite the beast (NOT), this is due to me being on a tight budget since im and unemployed student

im currently running:

RZ series motherboard 8vm533m-RZ-(C) (only supports DDR266/DDR200)(but says it can hold up2 2gb ram?!)
512mb memory
GeForce4
2.4ghz P4 (low but all i really need)

and only running 512mb memory
and would like to update to 2gb...
will I be able to find 1gb DDR266/DDR200 1gb memory 184 pin ( i havnt been able to find any)

and if not, what motherboard should i upgrade to,
and if i do upgrade my motherboard, will i need to upgrade anything else (powersupply, cpu blah blah blah)

there you go, thats the only one i could find. its ddr266 so what is the speed of the ram you have now??

im running 512 (unsure if it's 2x256 or 1x512)
if i started running 2x1gb ram will i need to upgrade anything if my motherboard can handle it?
