Did I fry something?

Just as a short idea. Look at the caps on your board around your cpu. Those are the voltage regulators. If they go bad, your voltages will jump around and mess up the OC. Look to see if any of them are leaking, or maybe bubbled up a lot. If they are bubbled up, then that means that they are on the verge of dying.
 
Check my sig. The cpu acts funny when getting past 2.6ghz and needs some crazy voltage. I put a high cfm on the typhoon to see how high I can go and 2.7ghz seems to be my max. I currently run it at 2.5ghz because it runs 1:1 to my ram and runs nice and cool.
 
try pulling out cmos battery,
if u can boot into windows: well u could always right click my compuer click properties choose startup and recovery and uncheck automatically restart so it doesn't crash, not this doesn't stop blue screens
