Windows Vista install ACPI.sys error

Whenever I try to install Windows Vista i get a ACPI.sys message right after Vista finishes loading the files for installation. I couldn't find any newer BIOS or Video card drivers. Anybody have any tips on what to try? BTW, the Vista I'm trying to install isn't RC1 or RC2, it's the release version through MSDN.

check your ram. check your cd for scratches or try a different dvd rom

Most likely since its MSDN and burned off an ISO, the media you used sucked (coasters can happen with the best of brands) or its scratched.
