is it true that in vista microsoft can see what you're doing and bust you for using programs such as limewire and bittorrent? I donwload songs occasionally from limewire, but i'm not gonna upgrade to vista if i'll be busted. Is this just a myth?

Vista run's great on my machine... it's gonna be fun learning all the new and undiscovered features. i really missed out on XP. that sounds about rite... snyper, although its been going on for awhile now.
