Not Using all my Ram

Hi,

I have a relative new computer IBM thinkcentre.

I have 2 gb of ram.

My computer struggles to use all of the ram. When i do Ctrl-alt delete.

When my paging file is over 1 gb (which isn't alot), i can't open any new applications or new IE windows, i can't even open emails.

When i try to save files, it can sometime cause errors in the files!

I don't know what to do and what i should look for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Well there r couple of steps to troubleshoot......


U Should check ur ram one by one to see their is any error \ fault in ur mem stick indivisualy or u may temporarily change ur ram if possible & u also checking ur bios settings too.


If there r no fault in ur mem stick then u should check ur softwares to see r they corrupt ?


If not solveved, check systems wid couple of good updated antivirus prog & anti spyware prog. After that if u hv no luck then u should reformat ur OS drive & load fresh OS & softwares.

Hopefuly all d tricks may solve ur issue.
