Fan Not Working?? Please Help

Yeah the fan is clogged. I found an old pc in my attic and they move very slowly but make the most annoying high pitched noise trying to move. If thats the case, your gonna need a new fan.

Yea that is what i thought.

I dont keep my laptop just in case it blows up the rest of my computer components
