You should be paying atleast $10 per every 100 rated watts. With PSU's you get what you pay for, and that works both ways.
That's a very unreliable PSU... I wouldn't use it. Always go with reliable brands such as Antec, Enermax, Thermaltake (arguably), OCZ, and a few other brands.

As was stated, that brand isn't reccomended often if at all.
Now this doesn't mean its bad, or it will blow up and take everything with it. All it means is that there are better choices out there.
