new gpu

hi, i dont know much about hardware so i need some advice on a graphics card i should get. im not looking for something crazy like the 8800, just something that will last a while and enable me to see good game displays with decent to good frame rates. ive been looking at two cards and im not sure which is better and if i should stay away from both altogether. so im basically looking for overall feedback on these cards and any others that may be recommended.

From what you picked, the 7900GT is better.
