Ive heard that the 6600 is just a OC'ed 6300. I would like to do some OC'ing. With my specs, what kind of cooling will I need?

A Zalman CNPS9500 will do you good, for overclocking.

Oh...and you got the wrong ram by the way. It should be DDR2 ram. Get DDR2-800, to get a nice overclock.
