managing my disk space...any suggestions?

hello,

well i recived vista today and i was wondering where to install it because:

1. I NEED to be able to dual boot wi ndows vista and MCE because i have the bussnies version of vista that does not come with any media center capabilites, but i still want to be able to watch movies from my pc in my room through my xbox360 downstaries.

2. I have heard that vista is a real RAM user, so I would like all my games to be played on windows media edition of windows, and all my work/design/msn/browsing the net ect.. to be done on windows vista

I have 1x97gb C:\

and a 300 gb drive split into

1x80gb T:\

and 1x40gb J:\

that is all i can use

any suggestions..?
