Can my pc handle vista home premium?

I was just wondering if you guys think my rig can handle vista home premium with the aero and everything, im planning on getting another 1 gig of ram later one. Also i was wondering about the drivers, like my motherboard and video card. Are there any drivers for vista yet?

o thanx, so liek my motherboard drivers uses the nforce chipset drivers. That is already out for vista compatibility? What about programs though? What programs are compatible with vista?
