XP SP2 Random BSOD

I have updated all my drivers, replaced my RAM, PSU, video card, sound card, done everything I can think of, and I still get random BSODs and application crashes.

Any suggestions as to what the issue could be? I've gotten IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and the only file ever listed as causing the issue or being involved is SPTD.SYS.
 
The RAM is brand new Corsair XMS, I mean, right out of the package. How would I check for corrupt or conflicting files? I've gotten a Windows File Protection message, and let XP replace them.

you would most likely have to reinstall windows
 
That's what I was afraid of, and trying to avoid. But you're right. Gah. I guess this is a good time to set up my dual boot.
