temp on startup

Hi every time i load windows i get the temp folder loading? accidently placed it on windows desktop now cant remove it?

when you try and move it do you get a error saying somethign like "may be used by another program" ? if you do then try this software, its free and choose to install the shell extension only then right click on the folder and select unlocker and tell unlocker to move it.
