Random Crashes after installing RAM

Ok so I added 2x512mb of Corsair ValueSelect RAM to 2x512mb of Samsung DDR-400 CL3 and everything went smoothly after install up until I play games, sometimes while gaming I will get a random restart. I'm thinking maybe this is an overheating issue but I've never heard of that on non-oc'd memory.

maybe ur PSu is dying, who knows, try a running memtest while using one stick at a time
