dont know how but im curious why u would want to open all 65000 some ports on ur computer. maybe if u tell us what ur actually tryin to accomplish we can help
disable winXP ICF, disable all software firewalls, AND put your computer on the hardware firewall's or router's DMZ host OR plug the computer straight to the modem and bypass the router or hardware firewalls completely.
