I've used iTunes for ages now, I have a lot of music added to it, and i let iTunes "Consolidate" my music neatly into my My Music folder then into artists -> album -> individual songs.
I recently need to edit some of the song information (artist, album, year etc) but its grayed out. I went to backup my music onto a DVD, then got iTunes to add it and then consolidate, and after that all the song infomation has become grayed out.
Is there a way to fix this? i think it was called the ID3 tags, i think their non-changeable, i have been able to change some by converting them to ACC format.
