Can you run off your settings for the E6600; FSB multiplier voltage and what speed do you have your ram running at, did you push it to 1k or lower it below stock? At what voltage? I have pretty much the same setup as you, and i've gotten her to 3.4 ish stable, and wouldnt mind pushing her further. Cheers bud!
