Windows booting very slow

you can't have a hundred programs installed and then claim that you want a 10 sec boot time.

uncheck all of those startup item will help, but you won't get a 10 sec boot unless you have xp and maybe 5-8 programs on it

well the 2nd picture is the services and dont mistake it by startup programs and tell me which 1 i dont need to enable and also it is strange that explorer locks up and it takes 5 mins to make my explorer be able to use again and this sucks

I know what is what. uncheck everything except ccapp (norton antivirus) in msconfig
