Cooling options

I am upgrading my PC which has a Asus p4s8x-x mb, and will have a p4 3.06 HT processor, 1024 mb DDR333 pc2700 ram, and a Nvidia geforce fx 5600.

I saw a heatsink online, the Thermalright 948U, and I wanted to know if this would be the best heatsink to buy for my system. Also what type of fan do you buy to put on top of it, or does it need one? And what's a good case fan to buy, I have a tower case.

The first one seemed to fit the 478 socket, but the others did not. However the first heatsink looked huge, I don't know if I have enough room in my case for that one, any smaller heatsink/fans come to mind?
