LCD Monitor/new mouse/keyboard

Hey guys, I haven't been on in a while and I doubt that anyone remembers me, but I got back into gaming and now I'm looking to purchase a lcd monitor and keyboard/mouse.

Currently I'm on a 15" CRT, which is good for what it is, but still not a very good monitor compared to others.

Now, my mouse is an mx310 so it's all right, but not the best. Also it's not on a mousepad, and I hear I should look into getting a good one. A friend of mine said to just get a mousepad and keep the mouse, should I? Well either way, my keyboard isn't very good, so I need a new one. At first, I thought I'd get a G15 and a g5 mouse, but it's pretty rediculous. I don't play any crazy big championships or anything, just play CS:Source, Guild Wars, etc. Nothing really demanding of a 75$ kb and 55$ mouse
So, any recommendations?

the sceptre 20.1 is a very nice display. My friend has it and plays xbox360 live on it. KB: Saitek Eclipse I or II M: MX518

Okay awesome, but like I said about kb/m I'm looking for abit cheaper because I don't need crazy good gaming components. I was hoping for like < 30$ kb and same for mouse/mouse pad. Might go out there and get a saitek if I get some more money soon, but right now I only have about 100 and I'm saving up.

and I didn't even see that monitor, thank you for the suggestion
