problem installing ZoneAlarm

About a week ago, I got an error stating that my ZoneAlarm firewall ran into a problem and had to be stopped. I never could get it restarted. Today I uninstalled it and then downloaded it again to reinstall. I keep getting this error...
"Setup is unable to log into the truevector service. Install cannot continue. Please use service manager to shutdown the truevector service and then continue with install"

I went to services and found nothing stating true vector...what does this mean?

Never mind....there was an old zonealarm folder in the system 32 folder that didn't get deleted when I uninstalled the old Zonealarm. I just had to delete it.

delete the system 32 folder and the programs files folder and try again
