Which is better?

Which of these two boards are better with a P4 2.0 mpga478?

Intel 865GBF Desktop Board

or

Asrock P4i65G Main Board

I know they are old but i had these boards lying around and i just wanted to put together another system.

Asrock is more a generic manufacturer as far as I know. Intel boards are pretty no-frill but in my experience they're reliable and do what they say, they just can't overcock well at all. I'd use the Intel if I were you.
