Start up problems

When I restart my computer or shut it off, I have to put in my windows disk for it to startup. It doesn't boot form the disk but it is like the startup files or bios or something is wrong..... Any ideas
 
I tryed opening run and type cmd. Then I type fixboot /rebuild and it doesn't work. Then like fixmbr and that dont work.
 
your boot.ini file isn't on that hard drive for some reason

boot up, then go to sys properties, advanced, startup and recover, then post your boot.ini file
 
Right-click on My Computer, go to Properties, go to Advanced tab, go to Startup and Recovery settings, and Click on "EDIT"
 
right click my computer choose properties , heres a pic of what to do once you have clicked the advanced tab in my computer properties, then when you press settings on startup and recovery the box on the right appears. When you click edit a notepad file opens copy and paste the text and post it back here:
