Vapor Cooling???

I just found this new cooling thing called vapor cooling and i figure its kinda like water cooling but with water vapor??? Anywayz i got confused and if any of u guys knows what this is i would appericiate it. Heres the link

I cant fully explain what it is but it works much better than water cooling, it will get the cpu much cooler. If you can afford it then I suggest you get it.

eh if u have watercooling i would just buy a compressor for 60 or somthing dollars. It will keep the water like -20F degrees. So you need to use antifreeze.

see what im doing, is im getting a compressor. Its like a whole setup. I dont have the picture anymore but the antifreeze in it is suppost to get down to like -30 degrees F. So... and im getting this whole setup for 100 dollars.
