Pentium 2 400mhz for basic internet use

Would an old pc using a p2 400mhz and 256 ram be enough for basic web browsing. For instance, going to ebay, google news, even downloading a few basic videos..

yea, since the CPU is slow, any extra RAM will help but, that should be enough for someone that doesnt want blazing speed

That should run fine. Since it's not a Celeron, it has a bit of power.
