Just get the cheapest 2 x 1GB DDR2-800 memory that you can find, they will all let you hit 4Ghz on the E6700. The Dominator is a bit of a useless investment, as you're paying a premium for DDR2-800 memory which can hit DDR2-1066 speeds (Again; useless to you).

Hey, I have one more question. I have decided to take your suggestion and go with the ASUS P5B Deluxe motherboard. My question is, will the Thermalright ULTRA 120 cooler fit this board?
