Any agp card will work with your machine, but you will need to upgrade th power supply to at least 400 watts.

ok, if you are sure this is the best card for my system? i will get that one but will an 8x agp work on a 4x or do i have to get a 4x...please be sure as i will probably buy one on ebay tonight or tomorrow

The best card costs over $200 but you didnt state that you do heavy gaming so you dont need that and like i said any agp card will work, itll just work at 4x instead of 8x.

P.S. I don't use my machine for gaming at all, i just want to have a really good machine that will work well with vista.

Thats not agp, thats pci-e. Youre machine can only use agp interface cards.
