in msconfig, the directory is being displayed as 'software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run'

wtf does this mean, how can i locate the folder? Tis urgent too, somethings installed itself that shouldnt have and needs to be tracked! Cheers

name the startup item.

startup. 'heartbalm' and 'burn four' both are not visible in the running applications in task manager

Remove heartbalm.exe, it's Malware.

I think that burn four is related to software, so i would keep it.

no dude, i just need to know how to locate the folder in my computer cause it keeps relocating itself there after deletion. Its ****ing me off

post a screenshot and expand the msconfig box

it's not a folder, it's a reg key
located in registry, go to START, click on RUN, type 'regedt32' in the run box, and press [enter]
then navigate to that key in the HKEY/LOCAL MACHINE... branch
BE VERY CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU DO IN THE REGISTRY
