random restarts

ok i have cell phone with windwos mobile on it and i can put mp3's on it but every time i drag the mp3 to my music file on my phone my pc restarts also lately if im burning a dvd while im online it will get half way through and then my pc will restart and my pc has been freezing while playing oblivion which it had never done before ? any ideas?

oh i have another weird problem as well like once a month or so my Mozilla will have an error restart my pc and all my book marks are gone all my passwords are still saved but no more book marks it gets really annoying
