how much could i get for my computer?

how much do you tihnk i could get for my current setup, is it any good at all? could i run games with it?

AMD Athlon 64 3200 (2.0 GHz )
DVD+RW 16x
160 GB ata hard drive
512 ddr RAM ( i think 128 is deticated to video or somtihng like that tho)
5 USB ports
8-in-1 memory card reader
nVIDIA GeForce 6100

(If it makes a differance it is a Emachines)

That's pretty similar to my computer, except I have dual drives, 1.5GB RAM, and 4 extra USB ports.

I payed $400 for mine at Best Buy new only four months ago, so yours should run about $350, having less RAM.

As far as games go, it won't run that much unless you upgrade the memory, or more importantly, the graphics card.

Cool i bought it for $300 this summer. Any recomended upgrades? just like 512 more RAM and a better video card?

The video card is Okay, depending on what you're playing

With an extra 512MB RAM, you're open to alot of possibilites. Plus It has a PCI-E slot, which is very good for upgrading.

Equals out to $105.98, $85.98 after taxes. That would be a nice cheap upgrade. The card alone would be good too.

i was just wondering about the gaming, right now the only games i play are roller coaster tycoon from 1999 and oregon trails 2 form 1996.
sooo....., if i got those two upgrades what games could i run?

With those two upgrades, you could play games from around 2005 and below. The newer games need ALOT of memory and video card performance. It's crazy!
