Word Documents Printing Over Itself

I wonder if anyone knows of this issue and can help me.

When trying to print a word document from my machine, some of the lines print over eachother, but I have tried on a collegues machine and it prints fine. The issue can also be seen on the screen, it prints how it looks.

Is this an issue with one ofthe settings in Word that can be changed?

can you see it in print preview? maybe its an issue with the printer

Other people were able to print the same document with the same printer fine.

normal.dot may be corrupt. Try reinstalling it
