Imo Id Go with either the OCZ Gamestream or the Enermax Noisetaker. But you couldn't go wrong randomly choosing from that list.

You can save alot more money, by getting the evga 680i motherboard, and the C2D e6600. You can save like $400, by going with the evga 680i and e6600. I agree with Ste, on the power supply.

I decided to keep the PSU in case I want to SLI or something later. I am getting the 6600 and the above mobo, instead though, as saving $400 is hard to pass up. ASUS 8800's are the same price as the others now, so that doesn't matter anymore. I'm OK with the HDD speed I have picked out, and it wouldn't be hard to change later if I change my mind. Everyone's input is greatly appretiated.

Any other ideas?

If you were worried about airflow pic up a couple of those. You wont be able to hear yourself but it will be cool.

I think you can find them cheaper somewhere else.

Such an enormous waste of money. I want to know what you're thinking, spending $410 on a motherboard, lol. Please explain that before anything else.

For the motherboards, pick from one of the following (in order from most-recommended downwards);

ASUS P5B Deluxe ($180).
ASUS P5B DH Deluxe ($225).
Gigabyte DQ6 ($200).

Pick up this for the memory;
G.Skill 2 x 1GB DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 ($225).

Power Supplies, read this before saying anything else;
Antec True Power Trio ($95, 54A +12v).
Hiper 580W ($85, 38A +12v).

Processor, downgrade to this, same overclockability;
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz ($317).

Do all that, and you just shaved $650 off your build, while getting the same performance.

Seriously, if you want to buy a Large power supply for alot of money go ahead, but, At LEAST buy the 750 Watt PC power and cooling Silencer. ITS Like, So much Better.

When people start talking this, I give up hope. You come here looking for advice, and then you take it and throw it out the window. Perhaps we know a little bit about what we're talking about, having been working with computers for a few years now?

I've seen builds twice as intensive as yours, on 500W-550W PSUs. Those builds have overkill PSUs in them. Get the idea?
