Sup?

My laptop died and I was wondering If I could put it's Hard Drive and Video Card into my Desktop PC since they are better?

Laptop is a Acer TravelMate2100...
PC is a Intel Pentium 4 (2.53ghz)...

There are adapters to make the hard drive work so yeah you could do that. Just get a 25" to 3.5" adapter.
The video card won't work. Almost all laptop video cards are integrated onto the notebook's mainboard so they can't be removed. There rest are simply not compatible with desktop hardware.
