E6400 Overclocking

How easy/hard is it for the E6300 to be bumped from 266MHz x 8.0 to 400MHz x 8.0 giving it 3.2GHz? Anyone know how that works? I am gonna get one soon and curious on how it OCs. Would I need to buy this:

The zalman is not necessary, but is highly recommended when overclocking. So you should get that, to reach your goal.

I'm not sure about reaching 3.2GHz on a stock cooler with the e6300. The highest you can reach is probably 2.6-3.0GHz. Also depends on the motherboard. Check out the Gigabyte 965P-DS3 or P5B Deluxe.

one of the reviewers got to 480mhz fsb on your mobo so your goal should be attainable. I would get the zalman or a scythe ninja w/ a good fan with some as5 to keep temps down. I try to stay under 60*C for load temps on my e6600.
