Is there a boot disk similar to that thats not a torrent? or is that file somewhere else thats not on a torrent?

to get to disk manager right click on my computer, goto manage
and you'll see disk manager come up in that screen.....if it doesnt detect it in there its unlikely that a program will be able to pull files off of it...make sure theres no jumpers or bent pins on it if its IDE, it doesnt have to sound loud for it to be dead..if it is then ur SOL...there are companys that you can pay like $2500 per disk platter to remove info off of it
