I recently bought a bluetooth dongle online (es-388). The CD it came with installed bluesoleil, however, the bluetooth adapter still does not work. Bluesoleil just says to please insert bluetooth device. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? Do I need a driver? I have not been able to find one on google.
