personally i would, u get the extra multiplier and get a extra 0.27ghz, if ur overclocking, but if ur tight on cash.
 
well 30 bucks isnt a big deal at all but im just trying to limit the 30 bucks here, 20 bucks here, etc and end up going from 800 to 1200 bucks lol.. I just didnt know if it was as good of an overclocker as the 3600.. also should i go to the fsp 450W or is the 400W gonna be fine?
 
A froton 400w should be fine even if you upgrade to a mid range dx10 card like i suggested. All the 6400 gives you is a higher multiplier making it easier to overclock.
