I open a clean all the dust from my computer and then I changed my ide cables for a round ide cables, but when I tried to boot it, it gives me a constant beep, I put my old ide cables on and the same thing. When I clean my computer, I used and clean small towel, and I was grounded. What could be the problem? My computer is a :
