E6300 vs E6400

Is 0.27 GHz worth the extra $31 or so? I know that the E6300 will O/C well beyond the E6400, but then the same is true for the E6400.

Will the difference between the two (when overclocked) always be around the 0.27 GHz difference (more?) in the stock speed, or do they O/C to about the same?

Both OC like monsters. But I think the e6400 will get a little bit higher, because of the higher default speed.

e6400 has a higher multiplier, so you'd get better overclocks at a lower fsb. 31 bucks aint much really. but thats also up to you.

i love my e6400, it oc's like a champ 3.4ghz on air.
