If your not into overclocking just get some nice Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800.

If you are, give us a budget.

my build right know is at 1200 without harddrives and cooling fans, so around 1500-1800

If not overclocking, then just get some DDR2-533. If overclocking, do as Lord AnthraX says.
