Ive just recieved a BFG GeForce 7600 (agp) gfx card for free, and i need help on how to install it in to my computer!

im a total n00b and dont have any clue lol!

my sys specs are

dell dimension 5000
intel 4 2.99 ghz
1 gb ram
ati radeon x300/x500 gfx card

open up your case and see if you have an agp slot. And if you do then just take out the old one out and put the new one in.

according to my manual it says i have

PCI 2.3

PCI Express x1 and x16,

Does that mean i have t get a pci-e gfx card?

Correct, you have a PCIe slot and need the card to match.
