GIF images on the internet wont move.

When i look at GIF images through any internet browser, they dont move. i have tried firefox, IE, and opera all with the same results. but if i view gif's through windows picture and fax viewer they are fine and they move. can anyone help me with this? thanks in advance.

It's your firewall. Had the same thing happen to me. I figure your using ZoneAlarm... look for a setting for "Ad Blocking" and turn it off.
