Cooling Solution For 7950GT

Hi i want to get into overclocking and i looked around at some tutorials and stuff like that from here i wanted to start with GPU i have a BFGtech 7950gt and i dled the ATI tool my case is a thermaltake soprano with window incase you needed to know but i tried to find out what my max coreand memory would be afew seconds in and it started to read temperatures of 84 degree's im positive this is bad i was wondering whats out there to help me keep it cooler such as a new heatsink and fan for gpu or whatever please suggest anything that might help

Thanks A ton would be also be wise to get heatsinks for memory or not?
