O.k. someone want me to fix their computer. They say the lighting struck it or something. But here is what i my descrition of it. The computer will not boot and no it is not the power supply. Because i trade the power supply on another computer it work fine and beside the green light on the motherboard is on. I think there is 2 possibility. One the motherboard is fly or the button cable is fly up. Am i right. Need help>

i have no clue wat u meant there, but try checking on atx or Btx power plug to the mobo for burn marks,try switching the front panel power button with the reset button, and check if the 4 pin 12v power plug is connected to the mobo(if it has one)
he probably gotten a power surge and must of ****ed something up!
