Dumb question alert: New system and windows XP

I am building a new system this weekend with a DS3 motherboard and an E6400 with the 7900GT card. I have windows XP 32bit edition... will I be limiting my speed and stuff with it or will it just run so fast I want to cry?

I think the only thing i have heard is that there are ram limitations when using 32 bit xp on a 64 bit mainboard.

No real significant difference in 32-bit pro to 64bit pro except of headaches finding drivers for the 64bit o/s. Applications and games still thread 32bit so a 64bit o/s is kind of pointless.
