Ok, so I finally got my comp up and running and decide to play some games. The temperature alarm starts going off... I have a Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz and I'm not over clocking or anything using the stock fan I'm getting 44 C is this something I need to worry about or should i just ignore it?

It's ok, but thats a little warm for a C2D. Do you have adequate cooling in your case?

its a cheap case... it has 1 fan on the side i just got up to 47 a min ago should i get a new fan?

i dont think so the only fans i have are on the side of the case and a cpu fan.

thats most likely your problem. Your case should have more fans. I plan on getting the same CPU you have, only my case is going to have 2 front fans, and a big exaust fan.

If your case supports more fans, I would buy them and you should see the temperature cooler. If your case does not support more fans, and you don't want to go through the hassel of getting a new case and moving all your parts into it, you could probibly buy a better heatsink and fan for your CPU and that might solve the problem.
